Admission Procedure

Registration is the first stage of admission. Parents seeking admission in Vivek Mandir should first submit the duly filled in registration form. Registration is not a guarantee of admission. Since seats are limited, selection is made on merit basis. The entrance test is based on the syllabus of the previous class the entrants have studied.

• The procedure begins with the submission of the prescribed application form for registration by the parents/guardians at the School office. A common registration form for admission to all the classes up to IX is available with VMG office.

• Parents are required to submit the registration form in VMG Office at the earliest. After receiving stipulated no. of forms; school will further not accept registration form under any circumstances.

• Admission from Play House to class 3 will be based on seats available. School will call the eligible parents to complete the admission procedure within 7 days. If there will be no response from the parents regarding admission; school will make a call to next parents. Previous class performance will be assured on the basis of copy of mark sheet of previous class.

• Admission for these classes depends upon the vacancies available.

— Availability of seats.

— To meet the minimum laid down criteria i.e. at least 55% in 5 subjects. Students should follow all the disciplinary act designed by the management society.

— Students should meet the minimum age criteria for the admission.

— For other board, students should submit the eligibility certificate.
